Bucket Truck Rental Requirements
1. Valid Driver’s License
• Renter must present a valid driver’s license
2. Proof of Insurance
• Commercial auto insurance covering the bucket truck during the rental period.
5. Security Deposit
• $200 Refundable deposit required before the rental period begins.
6. Rental Agreement Contract
• Signed rental agreement outlining responsibilities, damages, and usage terms.
7. Usage Description
• Explanation of the intended use (sign installation, tree trimming, electrical work, etc.).
8. Rental Period
• Defined start and end time for the rental.
9. Inspection Before and After Rental
• Vehicle condition documented with photos before and after use.
10. Fuel Responsibility
• Truck must be returned with the same fuel level as provided.
